MWBE Ordinance Re-write
Co-facilitated the comprehensive update to the City's Purchasing Ordinance. Partnered with Denver's Small Business Office (DSBO) to review existing regulations and policies and re-write the ordinance in collaboration with several departments within the owner agency. Employ market research, stakeholder engagement, and other best practices toward implementing the mayoral mandate for meaningful MWBE utilization and engagement.

Comprehensive contract compliance monitoring/reporting and oversight of DBE, Davis Bacon & workforce program requirements for FTA and locally funded projects. DBE project quality audit of program resulted in zero non-conformances. Public engagement and technical assistance services to DBE/SBEs.
